All of our frames are constructed out of steel by skilled metal fabricators here in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
All welds are ground smooth.
The glass is Dual Paned Tempered Low E with Argon with a U Value of 0.27and a SHGC OF 0.21
The entire frame is then coated with rust preventative primer for corrosion protection. All seams are sealed.
Our shocks are small and tucked in high and tight for a clean and appealing look. We control the gas pressure in each shock for easy opening and closing.
The frame then gets powder coated and baked at a high temperature.
Shock Covers & Housing
The shock is concealed into its own unique housing when the window is closed so you don't see them. These stainless steel shock covers can be powder coated to match the color of your window.
The window has 2 eccentric style locks one on each side that when activated compresses the main seal between the two metal frames and forms a solid bond
to keep air and moisture out.
Our windows are available as a retrofit with a 2" outer flange to cover any rough edges on the bldg. or structure and a 2" inner mounting flange with predrilled holes for mounting to the wall studs. See our install video
3/16 solid stainless steel hinge with enclosed stainless pin (Marine grade)
Virtually no hinge pin play allowing for a stable hinge point.
Mounted using stainless steel machine screws into solid steel.
New Nailing Flange Style
This style is great for new construction projects. 1 1/2" x 1/8" nail flange set back 3/4 " predrilled with a 3/16" hole.
Two separate seal systems protect against air and water on both sides and top of frame. The bottom seal is designed to rest against the counter top and eliminates the need for a bottom track.
